Cut from the rib primal of the cow, the ribeye is the king of steaks. Our Ribeyes are roughly 16 oz on average. The ribeye is some of the best marbled meat from the cow where you get the best of both worlds: The central eye is a smooth grain and the part closest to the bone has a looser grain and fat. We cut this package with the bone in tact giving your steak even more flavor when you grill it up.
