Brisket - Grass Fed

Brisket = Intimidation? Nah that's just what you think.

Our Beef Briskets usually come in two sizes 5-6 LBS and 10-13 LBS, from time to time when we have a larger steer we will add a few options for larger briskets, so if you see one, grab it! At the moment, our briskets are averaging 5.5-8 LBS.

In reality you can smoke a brisket in a pinch. The brisket comes from the breast or lower chest of the steer. Since it is a highly utilized muscle, there is a lot of connective tissue to support the animal. You need to cook this primal cut low and slow to break down some of the connective tissue.
