The short rib comes from the rib plate of the cow. Each one of our portions is ready for you to divide into 3 english style cuts, and weigh about 1.5-1.75lbs.

Short rib is a cut that you have probably mostly eaten or seen cooked braised in a sauce with vegetables. It can be cooked in various ways, but all include one important factor: time. With a cut like short rib, you have much more connective tissue than you do in a more naturally tender cut, like a common steak such as a ribeye. This beef is 100% grass-fed, non-GMO, and antibiotic-free.
