Ingredients
- (1 pound) Grass-fed Ground Beef
- (1 (10.5-ounce) can) Cream of mushroom soup
- (To taste) Salt and black pepper
- (1 (16-ounce) package) Frozen tater tots
- (2 cups) Cheddar cheese, shredded

- Preheat the Oven
