Roast Beef Sliders
These roast beef sliders are mini sandwiches made from connected dinner rolls filled with deli roast beef and provolone cheese, then brushed with a garlic-butter sauce and baked. They take under 30 minutes to make.

  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • (12) Dinner rolls, connected
  • (3/4 lb) Grass-fed Top Round Roast
  • (12 slices) Provolone cheese
  • (3 tablespoons) Butter, melted
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Garlic powder
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Dried parsley
  • (1 teaspoon) Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Follow this Classic Roast Beef recipe before assembling the sliders.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Slice the connected dinner rolls horizontally so you have a top and bottom layer, keeping them intact as two slabs.
  • Set the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange half of the cheese slices over it, followed by all the roast beef, then the remaining cheese. Place the top slab back on.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board, then use a serrated knife to slice them apart for serving.
