Ingredients
- (2) Grass-fed Bone-in Ribeye Steak
- (1 tablespoon) Onion powder
- (1 tablespoon) Garlic salt
- (1/4 cup) Worcestershire sauce
- (1 teaspoon) Black pepper
- (1 stick) Butter
- (1 teaspoon) Fresh parsley
- (1 tablespoon) Garlic, minced
- (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
Directions
Ribeye Steaks
- Rub the steaks with garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Let them marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Grease a griddle pan and preheat it.
- When the oil begins to smoke, place the steaks on the pan.
- Cook each side for 5 minutes for a medium doneness.
- Transfer the steaks to a cast iron skillet and spoon garlic butter on top.
- Place in a 425°F oven for 5 minutes, or until the butter has melted.
- Take the steaks out of the oven and allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
