Cut from the rib primal of the cow, the ribeye is the king of steaks. Our ribeyes are either 10 oz or 18 oz on average, though at the moment, they are averaging closer to 22 oz. The ribeye is some of the best-marbled meat from the cow, offering the best of both worlds: the central eye has a smooth grain, while the part closest to the bone has a looser grain and fat. We cut this package with the bone intact, giving your steak even more flavor when you grill it up.
